Williams Creek Explorations Limited is pleased to announce that the non-brokered private placements announced 2 November 2006 3 November, and 9 (amended 13) November, 2006 for 1,775,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit, 200,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit, 850,000 Units at a price of $0.21 per Unit (all prices being discounted from the Market Price), with each Unit consisting of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase Warrant with a one year term, exercisable at a price of $0.235, $0.25, and $0.28, respectively, and all expiring on 19 December 2007, closed on 19 December 2006. All of the securities have a hold period ending 20 April 2007.
