President
Born in Kaslo, BC, Mr. McInnes has been actively involved in the mining industry in North America for over 30 years primarily as a securities and mining lawyer. He was a director of a number of publicly traded mining companies. Currently he is Director of Almaden Minerals Ltd. (AMM), Director and President of Horseshoe Gold Mining Inc. (HSX) and is mostly focusing on building Williams Creek Explorations Ltd. (WCX). Mr. McInnes holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from UBC in 1960, and a LLB from UBC in 1963.

K. Vincent Campbell, is a geological and remote sensing consultant specializing in regional studies and structural geology of mineral deposits. He is experienced with the following deposit types and their exploration: placer gold, stratabound lead and zinc, clastic-hosted gold (Carlin type), turbidite-hosted vein and shear zone gold deposits, stratiform massive sulfides, mafic-hosted chromite, porphyry copper, skarn deposits, unconformity-associated uranium, epithermal gold and silver deposits (Nevada, Mexico, Chile, central British Columbia) and magnesite. He has several years prospecting and field mapping experience, organizing field crews, supervising geochemical rock, soil and water collection and preparation and has completed several regional remote sensing projects for mineral exploration companies. These include gold exploration projects in Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Nevada, Congo and Tanzania and diamond exploration projects in Nunavut, Angola and Sierra Leone. Typically, these projects include data compilation, digital analysis of satellite imagery, identification of relevant alteration types, structural analysis, selection of prospecting targets and ground follow-up.

Rodney Victor Kirkham, Ph.D., P.Geo
Director
Mr. Kirkham, is a highly renowned Geologist in North America with over 35 years experience in the industry. He has signed over 40 publications, has worked closely for an important number of major and junior mining companies. Mr. Kirkham is very active in the industry as Life Member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada; Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and Geological Association of Canada; Member of Association of Mineral Exploration BC, Member of Society of Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits, of the International Association on the Genesis of Ore Deposits, of the Mineralogical Association of Canada, and of the Geological Society of America.
In 1998 he won the Duncan R. Derry Medal, the highest award of the Mineral Deposits Division of the Geological Association of Canada, for his contributions made to the science of economic geology in Canada. Mr. Kirkham holds a B. Sc. and M. Sc., degree of the University of British Columbia and a Ph. D. of the University of Wisconsin.
Dylan Watt
Director
Dylan Watt graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. He practiced as a full-time exploration geologist for 7 years, working mainly on prospecting and developing properties in BC, Nevada, and Manitoba for Almaden Resources.
He is currently employed as a teacher, remaining active as a consulting geologist and prospector. Mr. Watt has been a director of Williams Creek Explorations since 1989.
