 | Founded in 1947, Williams Creek Explorations Ltd. (WCX) is a relatively low risk gold focused company, acquiring, exploring, and if warranted, developing mining properties and placing such properties into production in Canada. The Company's strategy is to acquire properties adjacent to old or current mines. This strategy is made possible by WCX extensive expertise, network and reputation. WCX intends to seek and acquire additional properties worthy of exploration and development.
In 1946, WCX (formerly the Williams Creek Gold Quartz Mining Co.) was one of the early exploration companies to explore for gold mineralization in quartz veins in and along Williams Creek and Stouts Gulch, two of the most productive streams of the 1860's Cariboo Gold Rush. Recorded placer gold production from these two creeks is over 101,450 ounces. At the Paris Exposition of 1900 nuggets from Stouts Gulch weighing 94 to 100 ounces were on display.
Since the recent rise of gold price, big producing companies need and demand for gold reserves and properties have sharply raised; With the wealth of field talent, of experience and international contacts combined with the unique approach of acquiring properties adjacent to recognized resources in Canada - and it's recent Spences Bridge Gold Belt property - WCX is a low risk/ high reward investment opportunity; Most experts agrees that gold price will grow (Link to Bob Hoye's Paper on gold market) over the next years, Making well positioned exploration companies, as is Williams Creek Explorations, a great growth opportunity.
Williams Creek Explorations, gold exploration expertise since 1947.

PROPERTIES
Williams Creek Explorations Ltd. (TSX.V : WCX) is now currently actively working on four (4) exciting properties in Canada:
| MERIT & BROOKMERE- SPENCES BRIDGE (BC) (WCX 60%, Almaden 40%) |
|
- Epithermal gold-silver mineralization within the Spences Bridge Gold Belt was first identified by Almaden (TSX: AMM);
- This is one of the first areas where gold was discovered during the Gold Rush of the mid-19th to early 20th centuries in British Columbia;
- Average gold analyses of 965 ppb (0.97 g/t) from all 115 reconnaissance rock samples on the Merit property, with values up to 7.9 g/t gold, and three contiguous channel samples which average 7.2 g/t gold across a 1.8 meter true width section of outcropping quartz veining.
- The Brookmere claims are at an early stage of exploration.
| POTHOOK Project, adjacent to the Afton Mine - Kamloops (BC) (WCX 100%)
 |
|
- Recognized potential for high-grade copper/gold mineralization amenable to underground mining;
- Adjacent to New Gold Corp.. (TSX: NGD) Afton mine measured and Indicated Resource of 68.7 Million tonnes grading 1.08% copper and 0.85 g/t gold underneath the Afton pit.
| WESTPORT Project, near Barkerville (BC) (WCX 100%)
 |
|
- Area was made famous by the Cariboo Gold Rush of the 1860's that produced an estimated 93 tons of placer gold;
- 28 crown claims, including some of the oldest Crown Grants in the province, straddling two of the most productive streams of the Gold Rush: Williams Creek and Stouts Gulch;
- Directly adjoins that of International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX.V: WGM) who announced in 2000 the discovery of high-grade gold Bonanza Ledge deposit hosted in a new geologic setting with completed scoping study reporting a resource of 67,000 ounces of gold (measured and indicated), with an additional 15,000 ounces inferred, at a cut-off of 0.10 oz/t.
| LAC DE GRAS - Mackay Lake (Northwest Territories) (WCX 37,5%)
 |
|
- Diamond project situated at Mackay Lake in the Northwest Territories, south of the famous Diavik diamond mine (with reserves estimated at 95.6 million carats of rough diamonds) operated by London based Rio Tinto;
- Joint venture of ATW Resources Ltd. (75%), Aberex Minerals Ltd. (15%), and SoutherEra Resources Ltd. (50%). ATW itself is owned by Almaden Minerals Ltd. (50%) and Williams Creek Explorations Ltd. (50%)
